As Washington’s largest state-wide landlord organization, WLA hosts meetings on a periodic basis at the following locations:

Aberdeen, Bellingham, Bremerton, Centralia, Ellensburg, Everett, Kent, Longview, Moses Lake, Olympia, Port Angeles, Redmond, Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma, Tri-Cities, Vancouver. WLA also provides full services to landlords in all other parts of the State by email, calling or attending neighboring meetings. WLA also hosts two all-day seminars with typically a dozen speakers in June (Tacoma) and December (Seattle). WLA maintains its administrative offices in Olympia to cut overhead, to accomodate lobbying the Washington Legislature, and to centralized state-wide services.
